TOWN LIFE IN GIBSONS-CHAPTER-1:1:10 (NEW IMMIGRANTS)

                CHAPTER-1:1:10 (NEW IMMIGRANTS)-DAY-10          

    Eli and Ami Jankowsky were both up at the crack of dawn before the sun had risen and before it was fully light outside.Ami got the washroom first so Eli had to wait her turn and used it later.They had a lot of studying to do on that Tuesday morning before getting ready for work in the afternoon.
    They were both grateful for having a larger lot even if the house was very small and would need to be expanded for starting a family one day when they were ready for that stage in life.They were already more than halfway through summer and fall was getting very close which meant the nights would start getting chilly soon though the days might remain hot.

    Eli and Ami had studied very hard to learn gardening and handiness skills for most of the day and eventually had to start to get ready for work by about 2PM so they'd arrive at work on time.They were interested in building up some savings to make sure they had enough money to be able to afford to start extending the house when they were ready to start having a family.
     Eli and Ami wanted to see new neighbors moving into Gibsons though it wouldn't be too likely to happen until fall started.They were getting by with being the only family in town and would continue to do that until other new households arrived.

     Eli and Ami Jankowsky finally left for work at 3:30 in the afternoon to get to work and got to the grocery store near their house where they were working.They were at work by 4PM and were to work until 7PM.
    They had to work very hard for the time they were at work and they were thinking about having the same situation back home except they the work was full-time and they had longer hours of work.The old country situation would've left them with no time to improve skills and their chances to get promotions on their jobs.They were earning the same amount of money for part-time work as full-time paid.

     Eli and Ami Jankowsky both got home at 7PM and started getting themselves ready for bed.They had to stop to eat dinner and use the washroom before they could get themselves to bed.They didn't get to sleep until 8PM.
